This Diabetes Action Month, we are launching a number of resources to support our diabetes whānau foster a healthier lifestyle. These include a new podcast series called Diabetes Matters, with tips for eating well, keeping fit and looking after yourself. We are also running a Facebook Live session with a panel of experts talking about diabetes prevention and living well.
